Send the product to us along with a copy of this repair order and a note about the problems being experienced with the wattmeter.
Minimum Repairs are $95 Plus Parts & Shipping - We fully test repaired meters and warranty the repairs for six months.
Return shipping will be added to this repair order based on your postal code. This is the cost of returning the meter to you after it has been repaired. You can select your preferred return shipping method during the checkout process.
Replacement parts are not included, after we receive and test the wattmeter we will contact you with a quote if replacement parts are required to repair the wattmeter.
Replacement Bird OEM 30ua movement meters are available in our Online Store. We use only original Bird OEM replacement meters.
Older meters that require zero adjustments based on the position of the wattmeter may need a replacement meter movement (RPK2080-002 available in our online store).
We use only Bird OEM parts for wattmeter repairs. After market parts will degrade the calibration accuracy of the wattmeter. We recommend using only Bird OEM replacement parts.
