Due to the recent EU IOSS regulations on collection of VAT, EU orders for less than $200 euro cannot be accepted.
Shipments going to a freight forwarder USA address must be prepaid by bank check or transfer. We have had past problems with these types of addresses and have found them at an elevated risk of delays, loss, and/or non-delivery.
Due to significant additional costs, International Shipments will not be insured against damage or loss. If you require insurance on your shipments we can use your carrier account. Or, you can request a quote for insurance. The cost is normally about 10-20 percent of the invoice amount of the shipment.
VAT, Customs Fees, and other local taxes assessed in the destination country for the shipment will be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery. We do not collect, pay, or add any taxes or customs fees to your order.
In compliance with the new EU IOSS rules sellers must now collect the VAT when exporting goods to the EU that have a value of less than $150 euro. While this new rule is sorting out we will not export orders to the EU that are less than $200 euro. Orders in excess of $200 will be unaffected and can be shipped EXWORKS. All EU imposed Taxes, Fees, and Import Duties will be paid by the buyer at the time of delivery.
