Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 10 calendar days from the date your order was shipped to return an item.

All returns must have a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. 

You can email us or contact our office at (781)430-0450 to request an RMA number. 

Returns received without an RMA number may not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return your item should be new and unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

The product must be in the manufacturer's original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

Your return should include a copy of your order receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranties

All of our products have a manufacturer's warranty. For most warranty problems you can contact us directly by email or phone and we will try to resolve any issues for you. All of our products are manufactured in the USA. You can also contact the product  manufacturer directly for tech support or warranty service.

International customers

Returns and Warranties are FOB USA. 

International customers are expected to pay all shipping charges for warranty and return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3-5 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If the item is not in new, unused, condition we may offer you a partial refund.

Special order items may not be returnable (except for warranty claims).

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Contact Us

You should contact us before returning any item to confirm that the product is eligible for a return. In some cases a re-stocking fee may be charged: special order product, product not in original condition, missing parts, original manufacturer packaging is missing.
